This is an innovative and addicting take on the puzzle genre, and trying to unlock the Xbox achievements adds replay value. There are 2 modes. In the Marathon mode you cannot rotate clusters unless there is a combo possible, making it difficult to create flowers, but forcing you to take your time and calculate the implications of every move. Once you learn how to 'starwalk' (@opticon9 has a video link on Twitter), this mode becomes a lot of fun. In Rush mode you can rotate clusters even if a cluster isn't possible, making it easier to create flowers (but you also have to deal with timed bombs of increasing difficulty and forcing you to pick up the pace). The differences between the two modes mix it up well, offering two unique gameplay styles. For some reason you can only have one saved game at a time even though there are multiple modes of play, but it saves your progress exactly so you can easily exit the game and come back later to continue where you left off.

The controls for rotating the hexes are awful. by Chase
Hexic, always under appreciated by Microsoft. Never updated the W8 game for W10 and eventually pulled it just to push this six year old version for $3 that has hardly usable rotation controls.

Love the game, but the way to spin the hexagons is confusing.

Great game always loved it since its first appearance on the Zune music player. I only wish they had Orbital on the Nokia Lumia 920
