Halo Wars 2 Demo

If hanging in the main menus too long, the demo would crash which was a little irritating. However, I had no issues once in game. The gameplay was great and makes me wish I had the full game.

The first mission is pretty fun, Blitz firefight is also entertaining. The menus are atrocious though, I'm sure it's better for controller players, but for K+M users it's a really bad interface.

I've played many Command & Conquer type games. Played the demo and enjoyed it even though I was using an old graphic card the demo ran smoothly to my surprise.

No crush. Lots of fun. The campaign has a good story and the blitz is very engaging.

From what I have read in other reviews it seems like the port for pc seems to have been terrible. So I have no idea if it was just blind luck or a update that I have not heard about, but my game has had no issues in the 2 sessions that I have played. As for the game itself, the whole strategy gameplay is very simple and easy to grasp. I personally like this as many other strategy games, like StarCraft, have a very high learning curve which I could never get over. Blitz is fun if you play your cards right( quite literally might I add), then again I wasn't expecting much from blitz to begin with. The one campaign cut scene and mission set up the whole attitude fairly well(more so the actual cut scene), however I expect a better opening that will explain the story better. Having tried the 2 available leaders was nice, especially the banished leader. Both have unique units and abilities which serve, somewhat, different playstyles. In short, demo was good, will get the full game soon.

The campaign tid-bit was really fun and I really enjoyed it, but it cut through my FPS A bit. I recomend it to anyone who has a pretty beefy computer.

Man I really like this game , but I just cant seem to get it to open on my windows 10 laptop

I liked the little campaign part but the demo should of had skirmish and not blitz I downloaded the demo that took me over 4 days to do thinking I could play skirmish to get a feel of the game but all i got was blitz implement skirmish like the old halo demo
