Description
Charm Games brings you FORM, a surreal adventure that unfolds within the confines of the human mind.
Dr. Devin Eli is a brilliant physicist at the global technology mega-conglomerate Mindful Laboratories. Working in seclusion at an atmospheric research facility in the Alaskan wilderness, Dr. Eli is on the brink of uncovering the meaning behind a mysterious signal coming from a secret artifact - The Obelisk.
Playing as the gifted Dr. Eli, you have superhuman powers of geometric visualization - the unintended consequence of a childhood trauma. Use your powers to follow the signal through The Obelisk and explore dream-like memories to unlock puzzles in your own mind. This path could lead you to a new existence…or it could leave you trapped in your past forever.

Good gameplay, very short. by clay
Puzzles and visuals were good but I feel like it was over way too soon, I was finished with everything before the 2 hour mark.

Immersive VR puzzler by Wayne
Terrific VR environment and a decent puzzle game to boot! It plays like a sci-fi themed version of The Room, but with a very immersive VR world. Pulling levers and picking up objects hasn't ever put such a big smile on my face. :) A few glitches in some levels forced me to re-launch on a few occasions, but naturally right as I finished the game an update was pushed out in the store so hopefully some of those kinks got ironed out.

Awesome but too short by Sam
Really great puzzles and gameplay. Probably the best Mixed Reality game I've seen so far, but it's much too short. Only took about an hour to complete. The demo is free and about half the game.

Best use of VR by Alex
Incredibly inventive! Don't hesitate - go get it. Best use of VR I've experienced so far. You are immersed in a world with incredible visuals and graceful movements. The puzzles are imaginative, approachable, and have a fun+wow factor.

Fantastic! by Mike
More than any other game I have purchased thus far for mixed reality, this game really creates a beautiful, unique, and immersive world. The artistry that went into this game both visually and with the soundtrack is truly impressive. As an added bonus, when visiting this world you also get to solve some fun puzzles that are all part of a great story. I tried the free "Form Demo Experience", loved it and then bought the full game. Only complaint, is like most VR games I wish it was longer, but that said this was long enough. I will replay this game if for no other reason than to experience the world again. I also sometimes go into the interactive soundtrack, which I thought was a fun addition. Overall two big thumbs up!

Very Impressive Puzzle MRG by Welton
First off I would like to say I don't care for puzzle games and this would be my first. POS: The virtual 360 environment was truly magnificent. Physics engine out of this world. Interactions with object felt extremely life like. I became integrated with the world inside my visor. I'm using the MRV by HP. The game was well worth the price and I don't even like puzzle games but it engages you in such a way that has you feeling like if you don't figure this out you will be trapped but it's more than just being trapped in a 3D game on a 2D monitor. You actually feel like "solve and survive or don't solve and die". Absolutely great. This should be what future VR games aspire to. NEG: I don't like puzzle games. I didn't really find anything wrong with the game. Not game related, you will get a but motion sick if you play for a long period of time especially if you are not used paying in VR. The game is a bit short.

Was the best hour in a VR game I've played so far, just wish that it lasted way longer. I could have played the Simon part forever.
