Awesome game, building sense in the game is awesome, love how you can control regions, but I believe there should be updates, and advice to everyone, you can fight on land when you have lvl 7 city hall, try to get your army good when your doing this.

I really like it!! by Dawn M.
This is a great game. I really like it. I just wish I could spend coins on things instead of diamonds or other things. Some battles take too long to get to. Other than that, I like this game.

Decent Game - Build a City/Manage Resources/War by Ricardo
Lack of ability to speed up time by 2, 4, 8 and 16 so that construction is not so boring and time consuming is a MAJOR draw back forcing you to leave game running while you are away; combat is simplistic (especially if you know about the early Roman war machine from Sulla through Emperor Augustus) and a bit fantastic with leonine units that did not exist; unit movement to combat is also unrealistic since it does not reflect use of the geography of the map and of the unit mix; finally, Roman infantry was extremely effective on defense AND offense (the game has them good only for offense, the spear/pike units should have been phased out after a certain level) and this is not reflected properly nor is the use of other great weapon systems (the Romans had the ancient equivalent of machineguns that could make the military development side of the game much more interesting. However, as a way to pass the time during lousy commercials, etc, it works out as entertaining. 3 out of 5 stars.

All these games are basically the same: build, gather, fight now use real money to advance. At that point I quit playing
