Destroyed Edge Performance by Chris
I was interested in trying out the extension despite the permissions it required. What I didn't realize was that this thing was going to bog down my browsing experience so much that I could barely navigate some webpages. The moment I isolated Edge's performance to this extension and removed it, everything was back to normal. Save yourself the trouble, don't even bother with this. Even when it does find a product to notify you of the price difference, it might not even find the right product.

Read the permissions before you install by Peggy
When I installed the Amazon Assistant I really didn't pay attention to the requested permissions. When I went to enable it in Edge, I decided to look at them. There is no way I would ever enable this extension - I mean get real, Amazon - read and change my Favorites? Read and change anything I send or receive from websites? I love Amazon and I know they try to get control-happy like Google, but that's going too far for me. Thanks, but no thanks, Amazon.

Doesn't add items from other sites to Amazon lists by Scott
The old 1 button app worked great for adding items from other website's online stores to your Amazon wish list. This app says it will do that, but that function doesn't appear to work (or, making it work requires some particular setup that isn't easily found).

Sort of worked, but didn't do what I wanted it to do by Jack
The reason I downloaded this was to save external products to my amazon wishlist. Unfortunately, similar to anonther reviewer, I couldn't log in through the app. All it did was redirect me to the Amazon website, but never logged in and never saved the external page to my wishlist.

Used to be good by Mad
It no longer can be signed into and can no longer direct you to your smile.amazon.com. This used to be great and useful app if you are an amazon shopper. Completely worthless now.

Mildly more convenient by Gregory
...than viewing the same info on my phone or a browser, but most of the time it was just suggesting products with a correlation to my buying history. So it's 1/2 forceful advertising, and 1/2 shipping confirmations. Uninstalled.

Just a link by David
It only links you to Amazon.com. I tried adding something to my wishlist using the extension and it would only take me to Amazon.com. What a poor utility for a long awated for extension.

Can't Log In by Justin
I can't log into the extension. It logs me into the website but not the extension. So the extension is useless to me until this is fixed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and no change.
